Tavola

Tavola is a culinary brand that specializes in ready-to-cook meals as well as Italian-inspired fridge staples. Their initial launch of fresh pastas and sauces needed to communicate their focus on small batch production and locally sourced ingredients, as well as the carefully crafted nature of their products. We opted for playful, ingredient-forward packaging to ensure accessibility and ease of shopping for customers, by creating specific illustrations for the highlight ingredients in each of the sauces. We took a similar approach to the fresh pasta, packaged in clear gusset bags with labels that feature pasta illustrations for each different type of noodle.
