Project Heron House aimed to create a unique brand identity and website that captured the essence of luxury and nature, setting it apart from other rental properties in Lake of Bays, Ontario. I focused on crafting an immersive experience for potential guests, using serene imagery and thoughtful design to evoke the feeling of staying at the secluded property. With messaging like "Unwind, Recharge, Connect," the site showcases the peaceful morning coffees on the porch, hikes through nearby trails, and fireside chats under the stars.

The site design highlights Heron House’s secluded two-acre setting, modern comforts, and proximity to local amenities, offering a retreat where guests can enjoy both the wilderness and the convenience of nearby Huntsville. The property itself is a modern new build, so when selecting finishes, furniture, and accessories, our team chose to source as much vintage and second-hand as possible to create a warm and grounded atmosphere, balancing the sleek amenities of a newly built home. We created an additional layer of interaction to further immerse guests in the energy of Heron House, inviting them to scan QR codes throughout the home to access a variety of playlists to help set the tone for the morning or the evening.
